Angie Greiman, BSN, RN, CANS
Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, Practice Director
Angie Greiman is the practice group leader and a co-founder of Truly Skin Aesthetics. Angie has been practicing nursing since 1992 and has dedicated the last 10 years to the field of plastic surgery and non-surgical aesthetics. Her experience in the plastic surgery field has fueled her passion for aesthetics. Angie is a member os ASPSN ( American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses). She brings years of experience to her role as an aesthetic nurse specialist.
Angie speaks frequently on facial enhancements and non-invasive techniques in the form of workshops and lectures. She has also been a trainer for phamaceutical companies. Her continued push for excellence in this community keeps her motivated to stay current in all non-invasive techniques in neurotoxins, dermal fillers and lasers. Angie's approach to aesthetics is simple and honest concerning patient care. It has earned her a great reputation in the industry.
Angie received her Bachelor in Nursing from the University of Iowa and graduated with honors. Prior to aesthetics, she was a surgical nurse at the university of Iowa and Head Nurse over a surgical center in Illinois.
Maria Maloto, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, CANS
Certified Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, Clinical Director
Maria is an accomplished Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist Injector, who attended the University of Illinois, Chicago, majoring in Psychology and continued her education, obtaining her Nursing Degree with honors from Ravenswood Hospital Medical Center - Henry J. Kutsch College of Nursing. Maria received her Masters Degree in Nursing, Family Practice Medicine from Walden University. She received her certification thru the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Maria brings years of experience in non-invasive facial sculpting utilizing BOTOX® Cosmetic, Juvéderm®, Restylane®, Radiesse® and other dermal fillers. Maria’s caring and honest approach, combined with her unique creative talents, bring the client’s desired look to life. Maria continues to be on the forefront of advancements and progressive techniques in injection and laser therapies. With her extensive experience, Maria mentors physicians and nurses with the latest injection techniques. Prior to her transition into the medical aesthetic field, Maria worked in Women’s Health as a Labor and Delivery Nurse and Childbirth Educator. With her continued love and passion to teach and educate, she is currently a Clinical Instructor with Aesthetic Advancements Incorporated, a leading education company that educates physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners and physician assistants on aesthetic practices. Maria has spent many years working with a large successful plastic surgery practice in the western suburbs of Chicago where she has served as Director of their Aesthetic Skin practice, as well as the lead Aesthetic Nurse.
Beyond training nationally, Maria is currently an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist and has co-founded Truly Skin Aesthetic Center, a large successful plastic surgery based Aesthetic Center in the western suburbs of Chicago where she also serves as Clinical Director of the Aesthetic Skin practice. In addition, Maria has also served as a consultant and trainer for several large pharmaceutical companies, also serving as one of Allergan’s CORE® speakers. Maria is a current member of the ASPSN (American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses).
Dr. Ric Izquierdo
Medical Director
Dr. Ricardo Izquierdo is a board-certified plastic surgeon and the President of Face And Body Plastic Surgery. He has gained expertise in all aspects of Cosmetic Surgery over the last 25 years. As Medical Director of Truly Skin Aesthtic Center, Dr. Izquierdo brings expertise and insight that can only be acheived thru his years of vast experience.
He has been named one of America’s Best Physicians in “The Guide to Top Doctors.” for more than 10 years. Dr. Izquierdo was nominated by his colleagues which makes this recognition especially prestigious and rewarding. He also was awarded the Clinical Research Award by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Izquierdo has served on the Executive Board of the Wellness House, which provides psychosocial support for patients with cancer and their families and has been Chairman of the Program Committee.
His aesthetic eye and skills in surgery combined with minimizing the extent of surgery, have given superior results over more then twenty years.
